Introduction
Leadership and Team Development equips managers with the knowledge and practical skills needed to build cohesive, motivated, and high-performing teams. Effective leaders do more than manage tasks—they develop people, strengthen collaboration, build trust, and create an environment where individuals can contribute their best while supporting shared organisational goals.
This five-day course provides practical approaches to leading diverse teams, developing employee capability, improving communication, managing team performance, and creating a culture of continuous learning. Through case studies, coaching exercises, and team-based activities, participants will gain practical tools they can apply immediately to improve team effectiveness and leadership performance.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
